I have these lumps (sometimes painful) in my vaginal area that come and go. I’m a virgin. Should I be worried?

If you don’t have sex, the chance of anything scary is minimal. It’s possible that they are lymph nodes or Fordyce spots, both of which can flare and go away with time. It may be worth talking with a doctor to see if you’re experiencing additional symptoms of urinary or vaginal infection. Sometimes lymph nodes enlarge with infection so it’s possible that you have something down there that they are fighting off. But nothing to worry or panic about!
